Warranty Policy

The limited lifetime warranty is only available on GV series. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on components, which occur during normal use, and will be granted at the discretion of the manufacturer. For a warranty claim, contact us for warranty approval. Please take note that the snowshoes are covered by a limited lifetime warranty of the product, not the lifetime of the person who purchased them. The average lifetime of snowshoes will be between 3 to 5 years depending on usage. Ex: The lifetime of a pair of snowshoes for a person who will use them to work will be much more shorter than the one for a person who will use them for recreational uses. If it's cover by the warranty, the snowshoes will be repaired at no charge but never credited or exchanged. Regarding the shipping fees, the customer has to pay them to send the product back to GV and, if the problem is covered by the warranty, GV will pay the shipping fees to send them back to the customer. If not, the customer will have to pay for all shipping fees.
